First Aid: First Aid is available from the reception area in the pavilion.

Car Parking

The car park opens 1 hour before the scheduled tournament start time. All parking must be bought in advanced. Please share the link to purchase a ticket with your parents that is the email we sent you. Please do not park in any surrounding commercial or residential areas, your car may be clamped or removed.

Player Registration

Each team will need to register their players by using the Player Registration Form link in the email we sent you (links at the bottom of the page), no later than 17:00 on Wednesday 4th June. The manager name must be the name of the person taking the team that day. Clubs who have registered multiple teams for the same tournament must have different managers. Each team is allowed 2 coaches (assistant manager details must also be registered – please see form).

Footwear

All matches take place on our 3G pitch. Below is the footwear suitable for use on this surface:

No other footwear is permitted (including trainers, metal studs or astro trainers). All players and coaches must be wearing the correct footwear, no entry to the pitch will be permitted if incorrect footwear is worn.

Please do not bring substitutes benches/seats/folding chairs onto the pitch – they are not allowed.

Food & Drink

No food or drink (other than water) is allowed on the 3G pitch. Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided

Parents

All parents are to remain behind the fencing at all times – no parents are allowed onto the 3G pitch

Dogs

No dogs are allowed inside the 3G viewing area.

Smoking

No smoking or vaping policy is in force across the whole site.

Respect Code of Conduct

All parents are expected to adhere to the standard Parents Code of Conduct from The FA. Any abuse towards referees, players, staff or committee members will be reported and you will be asked to leave and your team disqualified from the competition.

Photographs

Please do not share pictures on social media. Other children playing and in shot maybe the subject of safeguarding restrictions.
